Ooni is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our awesome Product team to help ensure we deliver on our promise of providing high-quality products to cost and on schedule.

This is a hybrid role, working 4 days per week from our office in Broxburn, Scotland.

What you’ll do

  • Develop project plans with support from the Project Management team, driving projects through the full development process from initial ideas through to mass manufacture and global launch.
  • Manage multiple smaller scale projects at once, working closely with our development teams, wider business functions and overseas manufacturing partners.
  • Work closely alongside our Packaging & Labelling team to support delivery across key projects
  • Always look for a better way to do things. You’ll champion the tools and processes that help us move fast without losing our way, turning ‘lessons learned’ into our new standard.
  • Report to the Head of Product Programme Management, but we’ll give you the space and support to take real ownership of specific project streams as you grow.

We’re not looking for a ‘note-taker’—we’re looking for someone who loves the detail of a Gantt chart but never loses sight of the big picture: getting an incredible product into a customer’s hands.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in project management related activities
  • Practical experience or a deep interest in development of hardware products / consumer goods
  • Degree or qualification in relevant field
  • A passion for creative problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player, optimistic and solutions orientated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience working with overseas manufacturers
  • If you’re a graduate without experience – we’ll consider you if you think you’re right for the role.
