Role Description
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and expanding our customer base. Tasks include building and managing client relationships, identifying customer needs, creating tailored proposals, and collaborating with the team to achieve business growth. The role requires proactive engagement with potential clients and effective communication to promote our services and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Strong skills in Account Management to maintain and grow client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills to articulate service offerings effectively and negotiate with clients.
- Solid understanding of business operations and the ability to develop strategies for market expansion.
- Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and a goal-oriented approach to achieving targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, on-site work environment.
- Prior experience in vehicle recovery or logistics industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant CRM and reporting tools is beneficial.
