We’re building The Games Ark, a collaborative ecosystem connecting developers, studios, and communities. We’re looking for a community manager to run our Discord server and LinkedIn, helping grow and shape the space as it expands.

You will be credited and this is a strong opportunity to build experience managing a growing international community.

What you’ll do

• Manage and grow the Discord community
• Post updates, opportunities, and resources
• Keep conversations active and welcoming
• Support onboarding of new members
• Manage and post on LinkedIn
• Highlight community wins, projects, and updates
• Work with the team to communicate initiatives

What we need

• Experience managing a Discord server or online community
• Comfortable posting and writing for LinkedIn
• Organised and proactive
• Can commit and stay consistent
• Able to manage and moderate conversations

Bonus

• Experience in games or creative communities
• Knows how to grow and engage communities
• Understands social media and content strategy
