Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional administrative and secretarial support to two Service Directors.
- Act as the first point of contact, representing the service to members of the public, employees, trade unions, Elected Members, MPs and senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate correspondence, reports, records and meeting governance with minimal supervision.
- Develop, maintain and improve computerised systems for information management and governance, including reporting tools.
- Manage the Service Directors’ diaries.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong digital skills and experience of creating and managing office systems.
- Previous experience supporting senior leaders.
- Highly organised, proactive and discreet with strong sound judgement.
