About you & Responsibilities
- Deputy Manager working alongside the Pub Manager, helping to lead the team and run our busy pub.
- Managing busy services, planning and running special events.
- Welcoming and looking after customers.
- Training and leading the bar and waiting team.
- Deciding what beers, gins and wines we offer and how our events should be run.
- Ensuring smooth operations – a hands‑on role at the heart of everything.
- Receiving extensive training to develop your skills and progress your career.
