A growing, high-performing business is expanding its UK sales team and looking for ambitious Business Development Managers to support continued growth. This is a great opportunity to step into a role where you’ll have full ownership of your territory, working with SME and mid-sized businesses.

The Role

  • Developing and managing your own designated territory
  • Generating new business through outbound activity (calls, LinkedIn, email)
  • Arranging and attending meetings with key decision-makers (virtual and in person)
  • Identifying client needs and presenting tailored solutions
  • Managing opportunities through to close and agreeing commercial terms
  • Building strong client relationships and encouraging repeat business
  • Identifying additional revenue opportunities within existing accounts

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within a sales-focused role, ideally B2B or outbound
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Proactive approach to generating new business opportunities
  • Motivated by targets and financial reward
  • Organised, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities
  • Positive, resilient attitude with a strong work ethic
