You will be running a stunning Victorian property, leading a small, dedicated team and creating exceptional guest experiences every day. You will oversee daily operations, including reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast service, while maintaining the property’s high standards. We would also consider a couple and responsibilities can be shared based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Run daily operations of a boutique guest house, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead a small, dedicated team and manage staff performance.
- Oversee reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast service.
- Maintain high standards across all aspects of the property.
- Collaborate on SOPs, room rates, occupancy, and events planning.
- Provide hands-on coverage as needed and engage in guest interaction.

- Proven experience in guest house, boutique hotel, or small hotel management.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
