Net World Sports is a rapidly growing global Sports E-Commerce company, selling over 15,000 products to customers worldwide. In addition to our own websites, we also sell through online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop, with plans to expand onto additional platforms in the future.

This role sits within our Customer Service team and will primarily involve supporting customers through marketplace platforms. You’ll be responsible for managing enquiries across multiple communication channels, ensuring all queries are handled efficiently while maintaining the high standard of service Net World Sports customers expect.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including marketplace messaging systems (e.g. Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop), email and occasional telephone calls
  • Provide support across our full range of products and brands, ensuring customers receive accurate and helpful information
  • Manage inbound marketplace enquiries, ensuring all customer queries are resolved efficiently and with a focus on first-time resolution
  • Actively listen to customers, gather key information quickly and provide effective solutions in a professional manner
  • Build positive relationships with customers by going the extra mile to ensure they have a fantastic experience with Net World Sports
  • Assist with monitoring and responding to marketplace-related issues such as negative feedback, claims or customer concerns (full training provided)
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify trends in customer queries and feedback, sharing insights with Team Leaders and other departments to help improve products and services
  • Carry out administrative tasks including responding to courier queries, processing returns, data entry and other general customer service support duties
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as contacting customers regarding order updates, delivery queries or product availability
