Development Project Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a public sector organisation seeking a Development Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised professional to lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organisational priorities within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The role: Lead end-to-end delivery of development projects from initiation to completion Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery Monitor progress, provide regular updates, and report to senior stakeholders Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and changes in scope Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards Plan and deliver project-related events, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder engagement The Person As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience: Essential: Proven leadership and coordination of cross-functional teams, with experience delivering projects and achieving shared objectives Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to engage effectively at all levels Excellent organisation, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change Experience in event delivery and/or funded projects Full, clean driving licence with access to a vehicle required What’s in it for you?: Annual salary of £37-39k Hybrid working Flexible working hours 37 days annual leave Potential for longer term opportunities To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up to date CV via the link provided or contact Meghan Hamilton, Senior Recruitment Consultant on or on email at m.hami.
