Senior Design Engineer Lisburn Salary £45,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and innovative Product Design Engineer to join a globally recognised engineering environment. This role offers the chance to work on user-centred designs within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team. Key Responsibilities *Support the Design Manager in planning and delivering design projects to agreed timelines and budgets *Develop products from concept through to design freeze using 3D CAD *Generate and communicate design concepts aligned to project briefs and user needs *Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and external suppliers *Manage and support prototyping and product testing activities *Ensure all designs meet functional, performance, and regulatory requirements *Maintain accurate and structured design documentation in line with company processes *Participate in design and project review meetings, highlighting risks and resource requirements *Carry out detailed research into user, market, and technical requirements *Support technical queries from internal teams including product management and engineering Requirements *Minimum 5 years experience in a product design or engineering role *Proven experience delivering products from concept through to production *Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including plastics and metal fabrication *Proficient in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) For more information on this role contact Zoey at Cpl…
