Provide care and support to service users within a very sheltered housing facility. There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation. This is a night shift post from 21:15 – 07:45 includes weekend working. Flexible post no fixed rota.
