The DigitalConstruction Manager Role:
TheMain responsibilities of the DigitalConstruction Manager will be:
- To cover various Digital/BIM Management tasksfor the lifecycle of a construction project, including workwinning, design phase, pre-construction phase, construction phase,handover and soft landings
- Work closely withthe wider project team, client team and trade sub-contractors.Having regular contact with the Area Digital Construction Managerand Director for Digital Construction
- Facilitate the integration of Digital Construction/BIM onprojects, driving the SRM digital construction strategy andbusiness culture in a manner which upholds the Visions and Valuesof the Company
Your Profile:
You will have:
- Relevant BIMQualifications/Courses
- Experience implementingBIM within the construction industry
- Workingknowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, Viewpoint 4 Projects andCOBie
- A natural affinity for being ambitious,dynamic and a strong team player
