NLC6 – Administration Assistant – 21 hours (Temporary) Based within the Education Project Team, in the Civic Square, Motherwell, you will report to the Education Project Co-ordinator. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide high‑quality administrative support across a busy service area. To apply you must be educated to a minimum of SVQ Level 3/HNC om Administration or equivalent. Be confident using a variety of IT and digital systems, able to work on your own initiative, and comfortable adapting to changing workloads. Experience of working in administration and an understanding of confidentiality requirements are also important. You will be joining a dynamic and flexible team who currently operate a hybrid model of home-working and office-based.
