Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join its team on a 6‑month contract, with a strong likelihood of the role becoming permanent. This is a hands‑on position suited to someone with solid technical accounting expertise and the confidence to contribute to management accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day‑to‑day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all accounting processes
- Support and contribute to monthly management accounts and reporting cycles
- Manage and develop a team of three direct reports
- Partner with internal stakeholders, providing clear financial insight and building strong working relationships
- Assist with process improvements and support ongoing finance transformation initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Experience in management accounting
- Proven people‑management capability
- Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills
- Part‑qualified or qualified by experience
- Ability to start immediately
