You will oversee client portfolios, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and maintain strong client relationships. Your role involves managing day-to-day operations, coaching junior staff, and supporting the strategic growth of the practice. Lead and manage a team of accountants and support staff Oversee accounting, tax, VAT compliance, and reporting for multiple clients Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high standards of service Support business development initiatives and contribute to team training You are an experienced accountant with a strong background in practice management, seeking to step into a leadership position.
