Job Description:Drive efficiency, optimise processes, and guarantee products meet stringent quality standards. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance Identify areas for process improvement within the product manufacturing cycle Analyse production workflows, implement efficiency improvements, and reduce waste to increase overall productivity. Maintain and improve quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. perform root cause analyses for defects, and implement corrective actions Provide technical support to the manufacturing team, Troubleshooting and resolving production issues to root cause Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for manufacturing processes, standard operating procedures, and quality control protocols Drive a culture of continuous improvement A Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering or similar is essential Must have extensive experience of Production/Manufacturing Engineering Process optimisation, root cause analysis, and quality control methodologies. Such as 8D, 6 Sigma are essential Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration Must be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail Candidates must hold a British passport Hours 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday finishing at 4.30pm on Friday. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays On site restaurant facilities 6% matched pension Free parking
