Group1 Brighton Motorrad is looking for aMotorrad Parts & Accessories Advisor.
Your role
As a Motorrad Parts, Accessories & Clothing Advisor, you’ll play a key role within our Motorrad department, providing expert support and outstanding customer service to motorcycle enthusiasts, riders, and trade customers. This role is ideally suited to someone with a genuine passion for motorbikes and a strong interest in motorcycle parts, accessories, and rider clothing. Working in a fast‑paced retail environment, you’ll be the main point of contact for Motorrad parts and accessory enquiries, both face to face and over the phone. You’ll combine your technical knowledge with excellent communication skills to ensure every customer receives accurate advice and a first‑class experience.
What you’ll do day to day:
- Provide expert guidance to customers on Motorrad parts, accessories, and rider clothing, ensuring accurate and timely information
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast‑paced environment
- Proactively engage in telesales activities, promoting Motorrad parts, accessories, clothing lines, offers, and services to retail and trade customers
- Use strong communication and sales skills to convert enquiries into orders and build long‑term customer relationships
- Receive, log, and accurately process parts, accessories, and consumables from suppliers
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external customers
- Recommend suitable Motorrad parts, accessories, and clothing based on customer needs and riding requirements
- Maintain accurate customer and order records using internal systems
- Communicate relevant promotions, product launches, and seasonal offers effectively
- Ensure full understanding of all Motorrad parts department processes and procedures
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with manufacturers and suppliers

- A strong passion for motorcycles and Motorrad products
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- A methodical and organised approach, especially during busy periods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong time‑management skills and the ability to perform well under pressure
- Confident IT user, with experience of email, web‑based systems, and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and a valid motorcycle licence
