Service Advisor, Surrey

Our client, a well‑established family‑owned franchised dealer, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor.

Salary: £33,600 Basic | £38,000 OTE Uncapped

Working Hours: 45 hrs per week, Mon‑Fri 8:30am‑6pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays paid time and half.

About You

• First point of contact for customers in Aftersales, checking vehicles in and out, liaising with customers to ensure best experience and secure future work.
• Handle customers’ service and repair requirements efficiently and courteously.
• Conduct systematic follow‑up, upsell and prospecting to maintain and build work volume.
• Raise job cards in line with manufacturer standards.
• Receive completed job cards and inform customers of expected completion time and cost.
• Inform customers when additional work is required or problems arise and gain authority to proceed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Promote additional products and services while working with Workshop Controller and Service Manager.
• Experience in the role, ideally within a franchised car dealership.
