Tangent International is urgently seeking an experienced FTTx Rollout Manager to lead fiber deployment projects across London. This role is critical to ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of large-scale FTTx rollouts for a major telecom client.
Detailed Job Description
As an FTTx Rollout Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) deployment activities, ensuring compliance with contractual, budgetary, and quality standards. You will coordinate between design, permitting, materials, and construction teams, while managing risks and resource allocation. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to work onsite across multiple locations in London. ✅ Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage FTTx deployment activities for customer projects
- Ensure delivery meets contractual, budget, and quality requirements
- Develop and maintain project schedules for internal and external stakeholders
- Assess deployment feasibility and resource availability (internal and subcontractor)
- Coordinate information flow between Design, Permitting, Materials, and As-Built teams
- Collaborate with Project Managers on variations, risks, budgets, and quality control
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FTTH rollout management or construction industry
- 2–4 years documented experience in fixed network rollout or civil works
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week across various locations
- Strong MS Office proficiency
- Valid UK or EU driving license
Required Accreditations
- CSCS Card or EUSR
- CDM Accredited or equivalent
- SMST Accredited
