The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn’t just about providing a service – its about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as theprimary point of contact for service customers, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Leading and mentoring the service team to deliver exceptional standards and achieve departmental targets.
- Drivingcustomer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality.
- Coordinating with the workshop to guarantee timely, efficient service delivery.
- Managing complex customer expectations and providing proactive communication throughout the service journey.
- Identifying opportunities tomaximise revenue through upselling and promoting additional products.
- Supporting the Service Manager withstrategic initiativesand continuous improvement projects.
For this role, we are looking for you to have a previous customer facing service experience; this is essential for you to be considered. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.
Previous experience within the role is essential.
