Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational delivery of formal student casework, including academic appeals, complaints, academic misconduct and breaches of the student terms and conditions, in accordance with University policies and procedures and sector guidance.
- Line‑manage the Academic Quality Officer (Casework).
- Report to the Head of Academic Quality and contribute to the work of the Quality team and the wider Academic Services Directorate as required.
Qualifications
- Experience of managing complex casework and applying complex regulations.
- Strong understanding of academic quality assurance processes.
