Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and account development across the South East territory
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, clinicians, procurement teams, and hospital stakeholders
  • Promote a portfolio of high-quality GI and surgical medical devices
  • Manage both capital equipment and consumable sales opportunities within NHS hospitals
  • Deliver product demonstrations and clinical support to healthcare professionals
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and account engagement

Requirements

  • Proven medical device sales experience within GI, surgical, or endoscopy
  • Solid commercial acumen and knowledge of the NHS healthcare landscape
  • Experience working with NHS Secondary Care Capital and Consumable Buying Cycles
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable managing a field-based territory
