The Role
You will work as part of a well-respected commercial property team, advising a broad client base that includes developers, investors, landlords, and corporate occupiers. The role offers exposure to a wide range of matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant work
- Commercial leases
- Property finance and secured lending
- Development projects
You’ll benefit from close partner support while also being encouraged to take ownership of your own matters as your experience develops
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified solicitor with approximately 2 years’ PQE in commercial property
- Strong technical grounding and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Ambition to progress within a reputable and growing firm
