Business Change Analyst | 12-Month FTC | Hybrid – London
ISS is looking for a Business Change Analyst to support the successful delivery of organisational transformation across the UK&I business. This role will involve managing a number of transformation projects, ensuring colleagues are informed, prepared, and supported through change.
You will play a key role in driving adoption, embedding new ways of working, and supporting operational excellence across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver change management and communication activities aligned to programme milestones
- Conduct change impact assessments across people, processes, and systems
- Support and coordinate a business-wide Change Network to drive engagement and adoption
- Monitor change readiness, identifying risks, resistance, and barriers
- Develop tools and materials to embed sustainable ways of working
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and track adoption
Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting business change or transformation programmes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess impacts and risks
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex change
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
- Experience developing change materials (communications, guides, readiness tools)
Desirable: Experience within a large or matrix organisation, facilities management sector knowledge, or change management certifications (e.g. PROSCI, APM, ACMP).
