We are working in partnership with a high growth, design led workplace consultancy to appoint a Director level Project Management professional to support the continued expansion of their Office Fit Out team.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an individual who combines strong delivery capability with a commercial mindset and a passion for client engagement.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the forefront of a dynamic and entrepreneurial business that is redefining how occupiers approach workplace transformation.
You will take ownership of key client relationships, lead high value fit out projects, and play a central role in driving revenue through both delivery and business development.
The position offers a clear platform to influence strategy, build a team, and shape the future growth of the Project Management offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of CAT A and CAT B office fit out projects across London and the South East
- Act as a trusted advisor to occupier clients throughout the full project lifecycle
- Drive new business through existing relationships, referrals, and proactive client engagement
- Take ownership of project financials, ensuring strong commercial performance
- Collaborate closely with internal design and workplace consultancy teams
- Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to a high performance culture
- Play a key role in shaping and executing the wider business strategy
About You
- Proven experience delivering office fit out projects within a consultancy environment
- Currently operating at Associate Director or Director level
- You will come from a Property Consultancy, Multi Disciplinary or Project Management firm
- Strong network across occupiers, agents, and wider industry stakeholders
- Commercially astute with a track record of winning and delivering work
- Excellent client facing skills with the ability to influence at senior level
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to grow a business unit
