Head of Therapies — Neurorehabilitation
Full‑time (37.5 hrs) • On‑call 1‑in‑3 • South East (site‑based)
Lead a high‑performing MDT and stay hands‑on (~25% clinical caseload). You’ll own pre‑admissions, shape efficient rehab pathways, drive tech‑enabled therapy (robotics/exoskeletons/anti‑gravity treadmill), and evidence outcomes (UKROC) while partnering with insurers/commissioners.

You’ll bring: HCPC AHP (Physio/OT/SLT), deep neurorehab expertise, and proven service leadership in complex rehab.
