Company Overview
You will be joining a rapidly growing and hugely successful start-up UK Medical Aesthetics group as their HR Manger on a full-time, permanent basis. This will be a solecharge position as the company brings HR in-house for the first time since they were established last year. Based in their very modern and luxurious West London office 3-4 days a week, you will have the option to work from home for the remaining 1-2 days.
Role Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day HR operations in the London office and continuously improving HR processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. You will ensure compliance with UK employment laws, GDPR and company policies, assist in developing job descriptions and posting job opening, scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers, conduct background checks and reference verification, and oversee onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth integration of new employees. You will serve as the main point of contact for employee queries regarding benefits and procedures, manage and resolve any employee relations issues, coordinate performance review processes (including evaluations and goal-setting, support managers in handling employee development plans and performance improvement processes and assist in succession planning and career development initiatives. You will facilitate employee mandatory training sessions and monitor the effectiveness of these programmes.
Role Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years of experience in a HR Manager (or similar) role, ideally in the Retail or Medical space (e.g. skincare, clinics, dentistry or veterinary). You will be a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. You will have a high level of discretion and confidentiality, be highly organised and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be able to work independently and be a proactive self-starter with good attention to detail.

You will receive an annual salary of up to £80,000 + Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate.
