Senior IT Business Partner (ERP / Enterprise Systems)
Location: Southampton, Hull, Cardiff
Salary: to £100k + benefits
The Opportunity
We’re supporting a major UK based organisation in hiring a Senior IT Business Partner to take ownership of key enterprise systems across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR.
This is a strategic, business-facing role where You’ll focus on stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and ensuring technology delivers real business value across a complex, operational environment.
The Role
- Act as the primary interface between IT and business functions (Finance, HR, Supply Chain)
- Shape and manage the applications roadmap, ensuring alignment to business priorities
- Oversee third-party vendors and system integrators to deliver effective solutions
- Provide governance and oversight across ERP and enterprise systems
- Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of core platforms
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and ensure successful delivery outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a Senior IT Business Partner, Applications Manager, or similar role
- Strong background in ERP systems (ideally SAP)
- Experience supporting Finance, Supply Chain and/or HR functions
- Proven ability managing vendors and external delivery partners
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior business leaders
- Experience in complex, multi-site environments (e.g. logistics, infrastructure, manufacturing, utilities)
