Handle are working with this London based Fintech organisation who are looking for a Global People Operations Manager to shape and scale how people operations works across the group.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building efficient systems, improving processes, and creating a smooth employee experience in a fast-growing, regulated, and international environment.

Working as a key part of a collaborative global people team, you’ll work across the business to ensure their people processes, policies, and systems are scalable, compliant, and support the continued global growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead HR operations across the full employee lifecycle
  • Improve processes, HR systems, and data reporting
  • Oversee global benefits and mobility (visas, relocations)
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal governance
  • Partner with leaders across regions to drive operational excellence

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in global HR/People Operations, ideally in fintech or another regulated environment
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and international HR operations
  • HR systems and people data experience
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong governance and compliance mindset
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • A hands-on, can-do approach

The role will offer hybrid working (3/2 typical) Ideally looking for candidates available with a month or less notice
