Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Strategic Client Relationship Manager based in the London, United Kingdom, with some work-from-home flexibility. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, driving account growth, and developing strategies to improve customer retention. Key responsibilities include client engagement, identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored insurance solutions and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Relationship Management, Account Management, and Customer Retention
- Expertise in Communication and Relationship Building
- Proficiency in developing and executing client-focused strategies
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting and adapt to both office and remote working environments
- Experience in insurance, risk management, or a related sector is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- 5+ years strong experience in underwriting or business development within corporate insurance.
- Broad knowledge of multiple lines of business, including specialty and retail
- Proven ability to build senior relationships with global brokers and corporate clients.
- Successful track record in acquiring and developing complex multinational accounts.
- CII preferable
