⭐ What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers to the development and providing an exceptional buying experience
• Guiding buyers through the full sales journey, from first enquiry to completion
• Showcasing plots, specifications, upgrades, and optional extras
• Managing CRM updates, paperwork, and compliance
• Working closely with site and build teams to ensure a smooth customer journey

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in new homes sales or a strong sales background (retail, automotive, estate agency, customer‑facing sales, etc.)
• Confident communicator with a warm, professional approach
• Target‑driven and motivated by commission
• Able to work Thursday to Monday on‑site
