Commercial Property Paralegal

Ipswich (Office-based)

Full-time

£26,000-£30,000 (DOE)

We’re working with a well-regarded law firm looking to hire a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 12 months’ experience who is looking to build a long-term career in Commercial Property, with a clear pathway towards qualification.

The Role

You’ll be supporting on a broad range of commercial property matters, working closely with experienced solicitors while gaining hands-on exposure across transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with a varied caseload of commercial property matters under supervision
  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts
  • Supporting with transactions including leases, acquisitions, and disposals
  • Attending client meetings and building strong working relationships
  • Contributing to wider team and business development activities

About You

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience within Commercial Property or a Corporate legal setting
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Keen to develop and progress within Commercial Property
