We’re working with a well-regarded law firm looking to hire a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 12 months’ experience who is looking to build a long-term career in Commercial Property, with a clear pathway towards qualification.
The Role
You’ll be supporting on a broad range of commercial property matters, working closely with experienced solicitors while gaining hands-on exposure across transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with a varied caseload of commercial property matters under supervision
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts
- Supporting with transactions including leases, acquisitions, and disposals
- Attending client meetings and building strong working relationships
- Contributing to wider team and business development activities
About You
- Minimum 12 months’ experience within Commercial Property or a Corporate legal setting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Keen to develop and progress within Commercial Property
