Contract Opportunity

Midlands or London

Mostly remote working – UK Based candidates only

£550/Day Outside IR35

Amtis is proud to be partnering with a business undergoing a major transformation of their sales technology landscape, looking for a Senior CRM Product Manager to take ownership of their Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

This is a key role focused on turning CRM from a traditional data repository into a high-performing, insight-led commercial tool that drives sales performance, improves data quality and enables better decision-making across the business.

You’ll act as the product owner for the CRM ecosystem, working closely with Sales, Marketing, BI and Technology teams to design scalable workflows, improve user adoption and ensure CRM becomes a trusted source of truth for the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning the CRM product vision, roadmap and priorities aligned to commercial goals

• Designing and improving sales workflows to drive better performance and conversion

• Working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions

• Leading end-to-end delivery of CRM enhancements, from discovery through to rollout

• Improving data quality, governance and consistency across the CRM platform

• Collaborating with BI teams to enhance reporting, forecasting and pipeline visibility

• Driving CRM adoption through training, enablement and continuous improvement

• Acting as the key decision-maker for CRM changes, ensuring focus on business value

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a CRM Product Manager / Product Owner within a commercial environment

• Strong understanding of sales processes, pipelines and forecasting

• Experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM

• Proven ability to improve CRM adoption, data quality and business impact

• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders

• Ability to translate business needs into structured, scalable solutions

• Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes rather than systems

Nice to have

• Experience embedding sales methodologies into CRM

• Exposure to Power Platform, BI tools or wider sales tech ecosystems
