We’re partnering with a high-growth business based in Warwick that is looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to support the next phase of its expansion.

This is a highly commercial role where you’ll work closely with the Sales and Commercial teams, helping to drive performance across revenue streams and supporting key strategic decisions.

The business has an ambitious growth agenda, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and influencing senior stakeholders.

The Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to the sales leadership team, providing insights around revenue performance, pricing, margins and new commercial opportunities.

You’ll play a key role in understanding revenue drivers, challenging assumptions and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Sales and Commercial teams to drive revenue performance

• Analyse revenue streams, pricing strategies and margin performance

• Support forecasting, budgeting and commercial planning

• Provide insight and challenge to support strategic decision-making

• Develop financial models to assess new opportunities and initiatives

• Present clear and actionable insights to senior stakeholders

About You

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)

• Experience in commercial finance or business partnering roles

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insight

• Confident communicator who can influence non-finance stakeholders

• Enjoys working in a growing, fast-moving business
