We are partnering with a rapid growth, FinTech startup on the hiring of a newly created Finance Manager role.
Th award winning business is backed by leading investors and is continuing to grow at an exceptional rate.
The Finance Manager will join a team of 3 and have responsibility for core financial operations and management accounting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has some PQE experience in the startup/FinTech space and wants to join a business who are on an incredible trajectory, working with exceptional people.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading Month end close.
- Creation of financial and management reporting to a high degree of accuracy.
- Improving control documentation and processes.
- Supporting regulatory reporting and filings, working with external advisors.
- Business partnering cross departmentally.
- Supporting annual audit.
- System improvements and migration.
Candidate Profile
- Audit trained, Top-10 practice.
- PQE working in a startup or FinTech organisation.
- Strong at using Excel and other worksheets.
- Previous experience with Xero/NetSuite.
