Salary – £25,000 – £26,000 Basic + Bonus

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll act as a trusted first point of contact, supporting customers via phone and email with a range of queries.
You will:
- Handle customer enquiries relating to agreed payments
- Support customers experiencing changes in circumstances or financial difficulty
- Manage general payment-related queries
- Assist customers with queries around their debt solution
- Deliver a high level of empathy, professionalism and accuracy in every interaction
- Work in line with company policies, procedures and regulatory standards
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience is at the heart of this role — consistently meeting and exceeding expectations is key.
About You
Essential:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience within Financial Services and/or a Customer Service role
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work within a regulated environment
- You’ll be empathetic, professional, and confident handling sensitive conversations -particularly when supporting customers in vulnerable situations.
