We’re supporting a Global Technology Business with the appointment of an Onboarding Project Manager to help deliver a consistent, structured, and high-quality onboarding experience across a growing solutions-focused team.

This role will take ownership of the end-to-end onboarding journey for new hires, ensuring they are set up with the right tools, access, training, guidance, and stakeholder support from pre-boarding through to 30/60/90-day assimilation.

You’ll work closely with leaders, hiring managers, mentors, and operational partners to coordinate onboarding activity, track completion of key milestones, manage risks and blockers, and provide clear reporting on onboarding readiness and progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding programme for new hires across multiple onboarding cohorts
  • Coordinate onboarding milestones from pre-boarding through 30/60/90-day plans
  • Ensure day-one readiness by tracking access, tooling, training, and operational dependencies
  • Partner with leaders, hiring managers, mentors, and enablement teams to align onboarding plans and expectations
  • Run onboarding rhythms including check-ins, cohort touchpoints, communications, and follow-up actions
  • Track onboarding progress, risks, issues, and exceptions, escalating where needed
  • Produce clear, leadership-ready reporting on onboarding health, milestone completion, and readiness
  • Maintain onboarding materials, process documentation, trackers, and collaboration hubs
  • Identify friction points and support continuous improvement across the onboarding experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in project management, programme coordination, onboarding operations, or business operations
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and stakeholders at pace
  • Experience producing trackers, dashboards, reports, or status updates for senior stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident working with collaboration and workflow tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Forms, and Excel
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach with strong follow-through
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, matrix environment and improve processes where needed

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting onboarding, enablement, employee experience, or operational excellence programmes
  • Exposure to large technology or enterprise environments
  • Power BI knowledge would be beneficial
  • Familiarity with modern AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus

Contract Details:

  • PAYE Contract
  • 12 Months Contract + Extension
  • Remote – UK Based Only
