As a senior Finance Business Partner, you’ll provide strategic support to the Regional Director, driving performance across a large portfolio. These contracts are predominantly long-term partnership agreements, offering great scope for someone who enjoys combining commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and operational insight.
Leading a talented finance team, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing high-performing individuals and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing
• Acting as a key business partner to senior leadership, driving informed decision-making and identifying risks and opportunities across the region.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including operators, clients, and subcontractors.
• Leading the budgeting and forecasting process while ensuring financial controls, reporting, and analysis are first class.
• Preparing and presenting monthly reporting packs and variance analysis to the senior leadership team.
• Supporting commercial decision-making on pricing, contract variations, and investment appraisals.
• Driving working capital improvements and ensuring billing accuracy across the portfolio.
• Coaching and developing a successful regional finance team.
