Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the global CRM strategy across email, app, WhatsApp, and loyalty channels.
- Develop and enhance the customer loyalty programme to drive engagement and retention.
- Plan and deliver customer-focused campaigns aligned with the trading calendar.
- Use segmentation and personalisation to improve customer journeys and performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM aligns with wider business goals.
Essential Experience:
- Experience in a senior CRM role within fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
- Strong background managing multi-channel CRM programmes (email, app, messaging).
- Proven experience building or scaling loyalty and retention strategies.
- Confident using data and insights to inform decisions and improve performance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
