Planning Manager

We’re working with a leading strategic land promoter looking to strengthen its London & South East team with the appointment of a Planning Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-backed and growing business focused on unlocking land opportunities and delivering long-term value through the planning system.

The Role:

You’ll play a key role in identifying, promoting, and securing planning permission for strategic land opportunities across the region. Working closely with land, technical, and external consultant teams, you’ll help drive projects from acquisition through to consent.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ planning experience
• Strong background in strategic land promotion
• Experience gained with a housebuilder, land promoter, or leading planning consultancy
• Proven track record of progressing sites through the planning system
• Strong knowledge of the London & South East planning landscape
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage stakeholders effectively
