Warman O’Brien is proud to be supporting a leading global pharmaceutical company in the appointment of a Project Manager within Global Medical Affairs – Oncology.

This high-impact role supports the global launch of a priority oncology asset, offering an exceptional opportunity to lead complex, high-visibility initiatives across a dynamic and fast-paced organisation. The position can be performed remotely from the UK or Belgium.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the global Medical Affairs launch activities for a priority oncology program.
  • Drive project execution, ensuring delivery against key milestones, budgets, and timelines.
  • Manage cross-functional planning, governance, RAID tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with senior medical, regulatory, and commercial leaders to align global objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6-12+ years’ experience in Medical Affairs project management, ideally with strong Oncology exposure.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, global programs and engaging confidently with senior leadership.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Strong understanding of launch operations and cross-functional alignment within a global matrix.
  • Fluent English required
