Senior Quantity Surveyor

We Build Recruitment are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a well-established fitout and interiors company.

Duties:

• Manage projects through the entire project lifecycle.
• Prepare estimates, cost plans and tender documentation using various forms of measurement and contracts.
• Be comfortable measuring schedules of works and bills of quantities/activity schedule production.
• Manage and prepare both tender and contract documentation.
• Price and prepare financial reports and cashflow forecasts throughout the duration of contracts and provide general post contract cost management and control.
• Provide input into the financial aspects of change management.
• Carry out re-measurement of quantities if necessary and prepare and agree final accounts and claims. Prepare final accounts for clients that are suitable for audit.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• You must have prior experience with fitout/refurbishment/interiors packages
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong time management skills to ensure you meet agreed deadlines
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office
