Amazon Account Manager
£40,000 – £50,000
Hybrid – Commutable to London or East Midlands
We’re looking for an Amazon Account Manager to take full ownership of a fast-growing Beauty & Personal Care channel. It will be a hands-on role with real commercial impact where you’ll drive performance, optimise execution, and unlock new growth opportunities.
This is one of those roles where you genuinely get ownership of a growing Amazon channel, not just a small piece of it. You’ll be trusted to shape how it performs and where it goes next, so your ideas won’t just sit on a slide somewhere and you’ll see them come to life.
It’s all happening in the Beauty space too, which moves quickly, evolves constantly, and keeps things interesting. If you enjoy spotting trends, testing ideas, and seeing what really drives growth, you’ll feel right at home here.

The brand has offices across the UK and is super flexible when it comes to hybrid working. Typically, it’s around 2 days per week in the office (at whichever location suits you), but they’re open to more remote setups as long as you can get together from time to time.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be running the day-to-day on Amazon across both Vendor and Seller, making sure everything is performing as it should.
A big part of the role is keeping listings in great shape, from content and pricing through to ensuring promotions land properly. You’ll keep a close eye on what’s working, spot opportunities, and turn those insights into meaningful growth.
You’ll also stay on top of stock, making sure the right products are available at the right time, supported by solid forecasting to avoid any gaps.
When issues come up, you’ll jump in and fix them quickly, keeping the catalogue clean and the channel running smoothly. Along the way, you’ll share clear, practical insights on performance that people can actually use.

• Proven experience managing Amazon accounts

• Experience within or a genuine interest in the Beauty & Personal Care industry
