Role: Social Media Manager (FMCG)
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Salary: £45,000
We’re hiring a culturally connected, detail-driven Social Media Manager to lead the day-to-day organic output for one of the agency’s flagship global clients.
This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social – confident owning publishing, spotting trends in real time, and ensuring every post is platform-native, on-brand and performance-focused.
The Role
- Own and execute the organic social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat
- Manage high-volume, high-quality publishing using brand, creator and UGC assets
- Build and maintain the editorial calendar, aligning closely with wider marketing priorities
- Adapt content natively per platform (captions, formats, tone of voice, trends, audio)
- Identify cultural moments and reactive opportunities to keep the brand ahead of competitors
- Lead community management – responding in-brand, escalating issues and driving engagement
- Produce clear weekly/monthly reporting, tracking KPIs and optimising performance
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience managing organic social across major platforms
- Strong understanding of paid & organic campaign planning and optimisation
- Highly detail-oriented – confident managing copy, formatting, tagging and scheduling
- Comfortable working with analytics tools, reporting platforms and social listening tech
- Confident creating light-touch content (static + video) using tools like Canva/Photoshop
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and stay agile under pressure
