This is a well-established, high-volume desk with consistent demand and a strong client base. Over the past eight years, the team has placed more than 1,400 professionals across the residential sector, working with a range of well-known property companies and operators.
The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a busy desk, generating revenue across both permanent and temporary recruitment.
The role:
- Running a 360 desk across residential management
- Generating NFI across both permanent and temporary hires
- Building and managing long-term client relationships
- Winning new business and negotiating terms
- Delivering consistently in a fast-paced, high-volume market
Working across asset classes including Build to Rent, PBSA, Co-living, Later Living, Social Housing and Super Prime residential. You will recruit from Assistant through to Director level across:
- Property and Block Management
- Lettings and Leasing
- Estate and Development Management
- Operations and Resident Services
About you:
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally in a 360 role
- Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple processes
- Organised, process-driven and commercially minded
- Experience in temporary recruitment is beneficial
- An interest in real estate or the built environment is helpful
