Hybrid Working – 4 Office Days Per Week

Our client, a top UK law firm, is actively recruiting for an ambitious and enthusiastic Litigation Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office – working as a Paralegal in their Construction Team.

This is a highly regarded team with 40+ Fee-Earners and have acted for extremely important cases in the Construction industry.

As the successful Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

• Assisting in case management on a Fee-Earning basis
• Providing clients with progress reports
• Assisting in instructing technical experts and arranging inspections
• Assisting with drafting various legal documents
• Liaising with court, when necessary
• Identifying and reviewing decisions from the courts of England & Wales
• Keeping up to date with new legislation
• Assisting with drafting advice to clients on Construction Disputes

To be considered for this role, you’ll need to have/be the following:

• Have a completed law degree (or GDL)
• Have proven Litigation experience as a Paralegal
• Ideally, have experience (or a keen interest) in Construction Law
• Be able to attend the London office 4 days a week
