Xcede are partnering with a high-growth tech business that is scaling its data function and looking for a Data Engineering Manager to lead a team building modern, cloud-based data infrastructure.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will shape engineering standards, drive delivery, and own the architecture of a rapidly evolving data platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Data Engineers
• Define and own data engineering best practices and delivery standards
• Oversee design and development of scalable data pipelines and models
• Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Analytics and Engineering
• Drive adoption of modern cloud data tooling and architecture

Key Requirements

• Strong background in data engineering with prior leadership or management experience
• Deep experience with Snowflake
• Strong hands-on experience with dbt
• Experience building and scaling cloud-based data platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
