As a Senior Graphic Designer at ODGroup, you will play a key creative role in shaping the visual communication of our brand, proposals, and project presentations across the business. You will work closely with our bid, marketing, and design teams to create high-quality graphics and visual materials that elevate ODGroup’s creative output and strengthen our brand identity in the commercial fit-out sector.

This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys combining strong conceptual thinking with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities/requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the creation of high-quality visual content for project bids, tenders, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Design teams to translate ideas into engaging visual stories.
  • Maintain and evolve ODGroup’s brand identity across digital and print formats.
  • Design impactful proposal layouts, pitch decks, brochures, and internal communications.
  • Support design teams with the production of concept boards, mood imagery, and visual storytelling for client presentations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a consistently high standard.
  • Liaise with external printers, suppliers, and creative partners as required.
  • Mentor junior designers, sharing knowledge and encouraging creative development.
  • Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and support wider company initiatives with creative input.

Skills and experience required:

Essential:

  • Strong experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within the commercial interiors, architecture, or D&B industries.
  • A creative portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, and conceptual storytelling skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Figma).
  • Excellent understanding of brand consistency and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and confidently to internal and external stakeholders.

Desirable:

  • Experience with PowerPoint, Keynote, and After Effects (or similar motion graphics software).
  • Familiarity with 3D visualisation tools (e.g., SketchUp, Enscape) is beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience working within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary design team.
  • Understanding workplace design and fit-out processes.
  • APMP Certification
