What you will do
You will lead a high performing FP&A and Commercial Finance team and become the commercial engine of the business.
You will:
- Own forecasting, budgeting and long range planning across the group.
- Work directly with the CFO, CEO and Exec team on growth, performance and strategy.
- Build and challenge business cases for new products, projects and investments.
- Use data, Power BI and smart analysis to spot opportunities and risks early.
- Drive automation and better ways of working across finance.
- Partner senior leaders across marketing, operations and product.
- Present to the board and help steer big commercial decisions.
You will be seen as a trusted advisor, not just a numbers person.
Who this is for

- ACA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.
