The Team
Oculus Legal Group are working with a well established Top 150 law firm with a rich history and a strong presence across Norfolk. Their Residential Property team is highly regarded for providing an outstanding service to a wide range of clients, from private individuals to large developers. They are seeking a talented Residential Conveyancer to become an integral part of their team, managing a varied and interesting caseload in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience handling a range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver a client-focused service are key to succeeding in this role.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including dealing with complex title issues and liaising with clients, agents, and lenders.
